We switched to Safer Home Services as we were unhappy with our prior pest control company and Safer advertises using methods that are safer for people and pets. (We have several cats and dogs in our home.) The technicians involved in the initial inspection, quote, and eventual treatment were very informative and professional. The company kept me informed of when to expect the technicians and they showed up within the estimated time frame as promised. The treatment process appeared to be very thorough and we have not had any issues thus far. We would and already have recommended Safer to others based on our experience.

Edwin was my tech today for dry wood termites. He was on time and put booties on over his shoes which was appreciated. He was courteous and professional. He listened to me. Did a thorough inspection and treated when activity was found. He was patient and didn't seem in a hurry to get to his next appointment but was efficient. He made me feel he really cared about my concerns and answered all my questions. He's a 5 star tech and a great representative for Safer.

Safer Home Services provides the best customer service. From the first call for a termite treatment estimate until now; every staff member has been professional, knowledgeable and detailed about their services. Marc, a manager has been honest, upfront, non-sales type of guy. His work ethic is impeccable. I believe there is a saying about stuff rolling downhill. I believe those impeccable work ethics are handed down to those he trains and manages.

I really wanted to feel confident and protected using Safer Home Services, but unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed and frustrated. The initial home inspection was under 10 minutes and limited to just one room—despite my questions and concerns, the inspector didn’t seem interested in addressing them or helping me feel informed. Instead, it felt like I was being pushed into a fast decision, not a thoughtful one. When a tech did return, he claimed to have treated the whole home but was only inside for about 15 minutes. He then sat in his car on the property for over an hour—this happened more than once. When I asked about specific rooms, he flat-out lied about where he’d been. Bugs continued showing up in different areas, and I’m still left self-treating. For what I paid, I expected a thorough, trustworthy service. Instead, I’m left feeling scammed.

I can't say enough good things about my visit today from Safer Home. Edwin came to my appointment right on time. He was so calm and reassuring and instantly relaxed about my bug issue. He didn't rush ... did a thorough inspection of my home ... and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company and if you can ASK FOR EDWIN. He is a bug Rock Star!!!! :-)
