I just want to share how absolutely incredible the marketing is for this company or at least tech Chris. I noticed a package at my door, but no one knocked or bothered us at all, which I appreciate due to having a dog and a baby. I opened the package to an incredibly nice hat with the companies logo only on the bottom side. They included a test kit to see if you have any sort of a bug problem, which I immediately put out. We will absolutely be using this company if we see anything on the kit. There was a ton of thought put into this. Amazing marketing 10/10!

Just moved into our new home a few weeks ago and signed up with Sage after seeing that some of my neighbors use them. And they had great reviews! I asked them if they could come out again a week after our 1st initial service (Our home sat vacant a few months before we moved in, so needless to say, nature took over our home during that time lol). Sage was SO GREAT about scheduling the reservice very quickly and all of the customer service team and technicians are so nice, polite and helpful every single time! They’ve done a great job taking care of my pest control problems - living behind protected land, we get a lot of extra creatures. And we’ve already seen a huge improvement in the amount of spiders and other unfamiliar bugs in the area. And it’s only been a week since our initial service. Glad my first experience signing up for pest control services was with Sage. Very impressed with their entire team and services so far. Keep up the great work Sage, and thank you

Justin was probably the most complete technician we’ve experienced to date with Sage. He was thorough and very receptive to our requests. Justin spent more time addressing our issues than anyone on prior visits from Sage. He also kept us abreast of everything he was doing along the way. It was also obvious that he had read our needs prior to his visit and addressed all of our issues. I would say that I would be happy if he were the sole provider of our services in the future as we move forward with Sage as our pest control provider. He is a model for how a technician should represent your company. Thank you for his thorough work at our home. His knowledge of the job was evident. May want to consider him for training of future technicians. Thank you.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Brian. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle the issue. He also provided clear expertise on how to proceed with the monthly treatment and shared helpful information about possible service upgrades to better suit our needs. I am very pleased with Sage Pest control. My technician Dylan is very knowledgeable and provides great feedback to address areas of concern. Dylan is extremely friendly and trustworthy and it is a joy to have him come into our home. He expressed concern for our safety and our pet safety. Dylan speaks very highly of the company and his coworkers and helped me to feel relieved that if he was not available that another technician could do the same job just as thoroughly.This is rare behavior for a person in this dog eat dog world and it’s nice and refreshing to have a technician reinforce confidence into a customer of the company’s status as a whole. Dylan is truly an asset and should be in a customer retention Position. I hope that this positive message can be forwarded to Jake the manager. Great job hiring a great technician.
