Sam’s Pest Control is hands down the best in the Springs. The owner is super responsive, like, replies within minutes responsive. Everyone on the team is always kind and professional. I even had wasps in my shed once, texted them, and they came that same day and handled it. The quarterly pricing is super reasonable, especially for how great their service is. Sams is the best pest control I have used in Colordo Springs. I had an issue in a residents apartment and he was there within the hour and knocked it out. I was very impressed. My residents love Sam and his workers. Very perfessional and does the job right the first time.

Sam is a God send. I'd stayed at a Motel 6 a couple weeks ago that turned out to have bed bugs. I took every precaution to prevent transporting them home but you never know until you know. I let my landlord know and they got Sam on it. He was incredibly thorough in inspecting my mattress and box spring, pointing out exactly what I'd be seeing if I had them. He sprayed anyway as a precaution, and the peace of mind he gave me is priceless. They're busy but it's because they're the best at what they do.
