Have been using their service for over 2 years and am always happy with the quality of service, the professional and friendliness of their staff and the effectiveness of the outcome of service. We have our property sprayed for any pests and have rat bait boxes placed around the property.

Sandwich Isle Pest Control is like clockwork, they always let me know ahead when they were coming and they did my place every other month and I have never had any issues with cockroaches since. There is a unit above and below me and it is super important to do your pest control regularly as it acts as a barrier to any pests of any kind that may come into your unit from other units that may not have regular pest control. Highly recommend this company, they are super reliable and the cost was reasonable.

I paid for chicken trapping. 5 traps for 1 week cost $600. The technician, Jaelene, was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, texted me with daily arrival time and update on chickens caught. Very easy to work with. I certainly recommend her and would give 5 stars for her performance. We caught 23 chickens. I'm not sure if that is good, average, or below average. I had hoped for more. My office experience was not favorable. Their response time was slow. I had to text and email several times to get responses to my questions. The office sent someone out to inspect my property prior to commencement of service. He told me he would text me to let me know he was coming. A day later than expected he showed up at my property without texting first. In my opinion he acted like he felt he was doing something extraordinary in coming to my property. I don't know if a visit from office staff is extraordinary, but I did not feel like he appreciated my business. I didn't feel valued as a customer. So, 2 stars for the office and 5 stars for the technician Jaelene. Overall a 4 star experience.

Excellent customer service from Fern that works in the office. Technician Cameron that came out definately treated the place thoroughly and listened to my concerns.3rd treatment and have seen a 90% improvement! Highly recommend.
