We had a rat infestation on our balcony. The employee from SK-Hygiene was able to help us very quickly: Three appointments within about three weeks were enough to rid us of the pests.

Unfortunately, I can only partially understand the positive impressions. Our initial inquiry received a very quick response, and we were also offered an appointment quickly. The employee who came was also very nice and explained things very clearly. We discussed that follow-up treatments would be necessary, but he would be aware of this and would contact us reliably when it was time for the next appointment. So, the first impression was good, but then, unfortunately, the bad experience followed: We received NO call regarding the next appointment, but had to contact them ourselves after the appointment time had expired. However, you rely on the experienced employees knowing exactly when to come back. As I said, that unfortunately didn't happen. After we contacted them, an appointment was scheduled for today "between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.," and they would call us 30 minutes before our arrival. I had also explicitly stated that I had to leave by 4:30 p.m. at the latest. I was told that everything would be easy to manage. Well, I rescheduled everything so I could be there for the appointment, and I waited patiently at home. 1 p.m., nothing, 2 p.m., nothing, 2:30 p.m., but now he was supposed to get in touch (30 minutes beforehand, at 3 p.m. at the latest...), but still nothing. So I called again, only to be told that the appointment, if it was possible, would only be with a significant delay. Um, no, I had explicitly stated that later wasn't possible. Something could come up, I understand that, but then they call, let me know, and don't just leave me sitting there waiting... After all, this is about my time, appointments I've rescheduled, and so on. This creates the impression that punctuality is only important when it comes to paying the bill, because the bill arrived just a few hours after the initial visit, with a note stating that I had exactly three days to make the payment. Well, I don't check my emails every day and don't expect exactly three days, but as punctual as ever, a payment reminder arrived just a few days later. I immediately transferred the money, of course, but considering this company's handling of deadlines, that's questionable... We will therefore no longer use this company in the future and cannot recommend it to anyone. At least not if you want to be able to rely on a company and if (approximate) adherence to deadlines is important. Update: Rating subsequently changed from 2 to 1 star because I received a response to my written criticism without any apology, and was even told that they couldn't understand my criticism. Furthermore, the company's response is blatantly false. The employee who was supposed to come to see me even told me on the phone that he had to leave for an assignment in Graz at short notice and therefore couldn't keep the appointment. The fact that they're using traffic jams, etc., as excuses, when there's a two-hour time window, and they can't even call and inform the customer... I'm at a loss for words. I'm glad that, given their way of working, this company will no longer be working for us, and I recommend that anyone who values a trustworthy service hire another company.

Highly recommended! I had a problem with a wasp nest and received excellent advice over the phone. I received professional answers to every question. They also scheduled me at short notice because it was quite urgent. The icing on the cake was the price! I'd almost bet you can't find a cheaper one in the Vienna area!
