Dear team :) I could write a love letter ✍️ to Ms. Leonhardt (I hope I spelled that correctly). I had such a severe problem that I couldn't bear anymore :( Such a sensitive, empathetic, calming, and nice phone operator should not only be appreciated, *but* rewarded. Thank you for all your hard work (which is no longer a given these days :( unfortunately. I hope we never speak on the phone again :), because then I'd have another problem :), it's like being in the hospital :) Ggggggglg Petra Rietmann

A call came within a few hours, even though it was a Sunday! Specific questions about the problem. An immediate appointment was scheduled for the next day. A detailed cost estimate was provided immediately. Very friendly and professional contact. The next day, they were extremely punctual, explained everything very well, and resolved quickly (about 20 minutes). It was a wasp problem. I would hire the company again immediately and can recommend them with a clear conscience. Great service 👍
