Scott Weakley has been our Schendel tech for quite a while now and he has been doing a fantastic job! One thing that has been especially impressive began with our site move the end of March. Not only did he have to deal with the changes of learning a brand new building/determining the best placement for his equipment, we quickly learned about a very excessive brown recluse infestation. When I got a hold of him on his cell phone, he took our needs very seriously, changed our inspection and treatment date into a time frame that better suited our immediate needs. I was very impressed with how much he understood the nature of the problem and how to most effectively tackle the problem. Scott had our infestation under control in just the couple of months it required to saturate the new location appropriately and he continues to check in on our status every single month. He is on time, comes when he says he will be here and leaves our place safe and operational. In addition to Scott’s thorough coverage of our building, he has also has a very friendly and kind demeanor. It’s awfully nice to see solid customer service still be held to a high standard. We are happy with our technician, LeRoy. He does a great job of taking care any pest issues, checking in when he arrives, following up with the past issues or concerns and explains what he does each time he visits. He is available in-between the visits in case of any emergency. It's nice to know that things are going to get taken care of properly and we don't need to worry about it!!

Lex is by far the best pest treatment technician we have ever had.
