Adam was Great! He came out and did a thorough job. He made sure to check out the whole building inside and out and I believe we now have found our issue. He was very helpful and I feel went above and beyond to help us locate the issue we are having with gnats. I really apricate his thoroughness.

Cannot recommend Scherzinger enough. Marty was professional and pleasant to deal with. He identified where the mice were getting into our garage in about five minutes, and explained all our options. No pressure No upselling. Quite a refreshing change from the high pressure guys that are constantly patrolling the neighborhood! Happy to tell friends and neighbors about our experience!

Lou has been my service person for Scherzinger for many years. He does a fantastic job and always keeps me up to date on his findings and what he did. He is a hard worker. I renew my contract yearly because he has been so attentive to keeping away any termites and replacing anything that needs replaced. Thank You Lou

I signed up for what i was told was three (3) treatments and then I wanted to quit the service because I would no longer be responsible for pest control at a property. This went fine, although the communication was pretty much non-existent. No one would contact me before showing up, no one contacted me after to let me know they did anything at the property. This should have been the end of it. A month later, i get a piece of paper inthe mailbox at the property (which I was no longer responsible for) stating they had treated again. This is the first AND only time anyone contacted me in any way to let me know something was done. I emailed the company to let them know AGAIN that I was no longer responsible at that address and to not come back. I did not receive a bill for this treatment at this time. Another month passes and I received an email stating they treated AGAIN and that I now had a past due balance for two treatments THAT I SAID TO CANCEL BEFORE IT WAS DONE. So i paid the bill to get them off of my behind, but I have zero proof ANYONE EVER CAME TO THAT PROPERTY. there is no one on the ring camera, there was no note in the box again, there was no email letting me know of the service. A large spider was found on that property today, inside the bathroom, when they allegedly treated just a week and a half ago. At no time did I see any decrease in the pests during this 5 month saga of nonsense. Actual scam. So! 0/5 stars would be what I'd choose if I could, but it insists I leave at least 1. I ended up paying over $300 for services that 1) didn't work IF they were done 2) i am pretty sure weren't even completed at least one of the times I was billed for. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. It took four (4) attempts to cancel before i had to say if anyone comes back to that property (which AGAIN isn't even my responsibility anymore) they'll be trespassed and it'll be taken as far as possible. I will never, ever use this service again and i'm considering looking into what my credit card company can do for me considering I'm pretty sure they didn't even treat for anything the last time they claim they were there.

Shane is awesome!! He is always pleasant, kind, timely and professional. He always asks if we are having any issues and does his absolute best to resolve those issues. He takes his time and is thorough. Great employee!!

Greg has been our technician for quite some time, and we couldn’t be happier with his service. He’s always punctual and dependable. Every visit is handled with care and thoroughness, and he consistently makes sure nothing is overlooked. He’s incredibly thorough in his inspections, taking the time to check every corner of the property rather than rushing through. Greg also explains everything he’s doing in a clear and friendly way, so we always understand what’s being treated and why. His attention to detail has made a noticeable difference in keeping our home pest-free. If we are not home for our guardian service, he leaves a note of any changes he saw and what was preformed that day. On top of that, Greg is professional, polite, and respectful of our home. He remembers past issues we’ve had and proactively checks on them, which shows how dedicated he is to his work and his customers. We truly feel confident knowing Greg is taking care of our home. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Scherzinger. I have a quarterly maintenance plan, and Travis comes on a regular schedule to take care of my property. He consults with me about any problems I might have noticed and takes into account my treatment preferences. He is available for me to contact if I have questions. Travis is great!

My technician, Travis, is awesome. Quick, timely, polite and professional- he gets the job done correctly and takes all the precautions necessary to safeguard my dog. We had a late Summer flea sitch that was very unpleasant and Travis made quick work on that! Pests are a problem in a 1929 Craftsman with a big backyard. I am happy Travis is on my side of the fight!
