ScherZinger is the best pest control service I’ve used as a home owner across 3 states (military). Super responsive, quick communication, extremely friendly technicians (we’ve had 2 with Logan being our current technician for 2 years who is amazing and extra communicative). Having the same technician for 2+ years is rare and awesome when you have the chance as they tend to know the property pretty well and will sometimes schedule directly with you to ensure personal service for you and your home which I’ve never dealt with before. Great company and great technicians would certainly recommend especially when they don’t charge for calls between service dates so great value as well.

I called Scherzinger and talked to Bailey on Thursday evening to schedule for a wasp problem we have in the eaves of our house. She seemed nice enough. She scheduled us for the following Saturday from 8am to 12 noon. She took my credit card number. Saturday morning came and went and nobody showed up. I called Scherzinger back and the lady said that they don't do insects on Saturday and she had NO record of our appointment!! If you can't get the first part of scheduling an appointment figured out, then I can't trust you. I'm going elsewhere. I suggest you do a better job training your staff - it's not rocket science!

Luis was polite and very professional. He reviewed the previous history of treatments and asked if there were any issues inside that needed treatment, there were none. Another quality service representative from Scherzinger, keep it up!

Dave Herrell did an excellent and thorough job working at my house today to eliminate the dreaded boxelder tree bug. I had tons and was worried there wasn’t going to be a solution for eradicating them. He worked long and hard, inspecting the area and treating the bugs. He was very professional and answered all my questions. The team met my scheduling needs and I’m thrilled tonight at the results. I would recommend this business to others. Great service! Everyone has been very friendly and makes it easy scheduling everything. Logan texts and lets us know when he will be coming and is very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonably priced!

Dave is very personable and knowledgeable! Always provides good advice on things we can do inside our house to supplement the external treatments. Since Dave started treating our house, we see far fewer spiders and ants. Ants are very difficult to eradicate with our soil type, so we are very happy to have them under control!

Ben stopped by to inspect our home and give us some options to consider. The knowledge he shared and time he spent was much appreciated and valuable to get our proverbial gears turning and making sure our home is protected.

Very professional we talk about mice getting in. He Walked around house had some suggestions as to where the mice may enter. Talk about a potential solution that they offered. All very good.
