Quality of service and professionalism has gone way down un the past year. The old technician would take his time servicing our house for both spiders and mice. He would make sure all of the spider webs were off the house and all the bait stations were good to go. Our last quarterly service Tammie sprayed the outside of the house and I asked her to spray the inside too. She told me no because she just sprayed it 4-5 weeks prior. Well my wife and I were eaten alive by spiders a couple days later. I had to go to the ER at 1:30 in the morning on a Saturday, then back to Urgent Care again on the following Monday. So I call to make an appointment with a different technician for today (a Monday) and she calls to tell me that if it's NOT her, I'll need to make a new appointment. CRAZY!!! I had to call again this morning to make sure there was someone still coming to service my house. I'll see how this goes, might be time to switch to a new pest control company. For over a $400 start up fee and $60 a month charge for their services, you would think they would treat their clients better. 8.18.25

Isaac Karg has been coming to our office for quite sometime now. He is always very pleasant and very efficient with the pest and bug treatment. We get ants every year during spring we have not seen any in a long time due to his treatments. We also get spiders and they all pop up dead and we appreciate the services a lot.

Ashley is extremely knowledgeable of products and procedures. I love that she is also very environmentally conscious as well. Always willing to do what takes to make the customer happy!

Our pest control representative Isaac Karg is the best. The is always on time and very professional. He asks questions to make sure we are getting the best pest control service. Highly recommend.

In the last few times Michael has been to my home to apply treatments, he always does a thorough job. Michael is very conscientious, inspects the home thoroughly and answers all questions. He is a great representative of Scherzinger.

These wonderful folks have provided me consistently excellent service for years now. Their quarterly maintenance services usually keep everything at bay, and their recent remediation of a sudden yellowjacket infestation was just as impressive. Their technicians seem generally great, but I’ve had two primary technicians through the years and both have made such incredibly positive impressions that I always look forward to catching up when them when they come out. Awesome, trustworthy company whose passion for great customer service is tangible in every interaction!

Micheal is a great technician. Very professional and personable. He takes time talk to you about what pests you are seeing and how he will handle them. I appreciate the fact that he has serviced our house since we signed up and he already knows the core issues and concerns! Highly recommend him!

Rob was very thorough and offered advice. He plugged up a hole in my siding temporarily so no mice could get through and I really appreciated that. Gave me his business card and told me to call for any further issues. I would never use anyone else for pest control. Always a pleasant experience and helpful staff. I have used your company for many years and have NEVER been disappointed!!!!

Our technician is Alec and he’s excellent. I appreciate his patient and kind attitude when explaining things. I don’t feel dumb asking questions. He was on time and gives good feedback!!!
