Mark was very professional and helpful. We had a significant rat problem and it took time to sort out because the male rat was experienced and clever. Mark kept coming back and trying different things until a solution was found. He was clear and concise and reassuring which is exactly what I needed. He also kept me regularly informed about what was happening. The rats have now gone and I’m extremely grateful. Thank you so much Mark!

GREAT SERVICE.. what I like about Mark he contacts you before every visit to make sure the time and date is convenient for ourselves and not just turn up like other contractors do.. he always talks you through the visit and gives you’ advice on areas which could be improved before there becomes an issue further down the line… search uk thanks as always
