The appointment was made quickly. Shawn was the tech that came to the house for the service. He was prompt and professional and extremely thorough and informative. Just had my first secure pet services visit! This was a great experience. Tony was very helpful on the phone and had a tech come out the same day to help with a rodent issue. It’s holiday time so I really appreciated that. Shawn, my technician, was so great! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He listened to all of my concerns. I was really worried about my cats getting into things and he was very careful about not putting anything in places they could access. He took his time and made me feel like we’ll be able to tackle this stressful situation together!! Also he deserves a raise for hanging out in my crawl spaces LOL.
