Shaun Keady is wonderful! No matter what problem you have, he'll get rid of it. I have used his services a few times and highly recommend him.

Four friends in Norwood I spoke with use Keady and now I know why! Scott the co-owner came. He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I thought I had a major problem but he told me I had insects that have long since gone. I highly recommend them.

While their customer service on the phone and when they come to do a job is really good, they are severely overpriced. For example I called them to replace the screen on a low bathroom gutter vent and check for a nest of birds because all of a sudden it was sounding like a lot of birds where on the guest bathroom vent. They said on the phone it would be around 100 dollars but it would depend on how much work they would have to do. Makes sense. The guy came next day, put a ladder up and checked, no nest, put a screen up, 15 minutes max I would say..100 dollars. Now I can understand if it was a more involved job, to get the nest out safely, maybe clean the vent a bit and then put a screen up, but to just to a visual exam and then put a screen which probably cost a couple of dollars and charge 100...I guess the estimate is the lower limit only. Doesn't matter if a job is simple and would cost them less. You still pay the minimum. This other time I called because we found a mouse and they wired over the phone for 400 dollars to come, set traps and for 4 visits of that. It would cost them max 40 dollars in traps and spend 15 minutes each time. I can do that myself four 40 dollars. They don't inspect the area or do anything else, they would contact Another service for that. Not my go-to pest service anymore, even if they are the closest. Paying the right amount for good service is one thing.. Overpaying for no reason is something I won't do.
