First, crew signed up for the job and didn’t have the equipment to do the job (remove wasps nest). They have to order it. They didn’t tell me that. Secondly, scheduled the follow up to do the job but they forgot to appointment so they didn’t show. Lastly, they charged you for two-people jobs ($400) but one only did the job.

Technicians were very knowledgeable and treated our home with respect and care. Mr. Reese saw potential areas that would allow rodents to enter so he sealed the holes with foam application. I appreciate their services and will pass their services to ideal customers in the near future

High turnover in the company. Sending a new employee to handle the service who is inexperienced is not a good look. I have been with this company for seven years and I expected better service at a reasonable price. As professionals you should be able to handle unexpected situations hornets and wasp nest should not be allowed to stay during a regular visit. All the money I have spent over the years with this company and they couldn’t handle a hornet and wasp nest without charging $500 more.

Rep was very knowledgeable and polite. completed entire home, 2 garages and shed in about 45 minutes. A few weeks is requested prior to giving an honest assessment of quality of work performed. So far I have no complaints, nor do I expect to have any but will provide update soon.

We have had Senate for a year now and so far they have not disappointed. They helped us customize a plan that fit our needs and come regularly to do maintenance spraying. Each technician has been polite and informative. If we have a new issue or question, they are there to help. This is a trustworthy company!! They aren’t here to scam you or make you sign up for unreasonable services. They will come however often you request inbetween regular maintenance. The range of pests they treat is broad, so if you need a service they most likely offer it. I’m very glad we chose Senate.

Having unwanted guests in my house was defiantly not on my to do list. After reaching out and going with one of the larger named companies I was almost in tears with the service they gave me when they came out. So I continued to reach to two other companies. In the end I chose this company. The person who I met with was extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. He was upfront about all costs and what they would be doing. The service men arrived on time on our scheduled date and explained what they would be doing and began working and touched base with me throughout the whole time they worked. I was very pleased with the company and the work they have completed. I had a full attic remediation done. I have already sang their praises to some of my family and friends and would def recommend them to anyone who asked.

Update- Deonte came today just for a follow up. Super kind. Very personable. Answered my questions. 10/31 Everyone has been wonderful so far. No issues (: Jeff - who was in charge of our attic insulation is amazing! Such a kind man. Answered all 100 of my questions. Checked out all the areas i had concerns about and more. Anthony - also super super kind and patient. Answers my questions. Requested him to be the person to keep coming back as needed for our issues. (:

I would have given the service one more star if they were more honest about their business. I loved the idea of a service that could use safe chemicals around the inside the home and outdoors. Upon the first spring indoors the person came in with a tank that indicated what she was going to spray was toxic, I asked her about it and she agrees that it wasnot safe around pets. I have both a cat and dog. I was told initially they only used safe chemicals but that was not completely true. They do have pet safe sprays but you have to directly ask them to bring it rather than the poison. The service is $50.00 dollars a month but they only come to spray every 3 months, so you are looking at $150 everything they come to spray, and you are locked in for a year so you are paying $600 for a person to spray around your home. I do not know how well it works for fleas but I have not seen as many spiders as I had without their service. So the tldr Good They take their time to really spray It is easy to contact them when there is a problem They have pet safe chemicals if you ask them They will touch up the chemicals in your home if the pests start coming back They contact you before they come to spray They are punctual Bad They charge you for the months they do not spray (they spray every three months) They are more likely to bring the poison rather than the safe chemicals Im not sure if the safer chemicals actually get rid of the pests, I put my pets in a separate area in my house when the sprayed the first time They are door to door sales people they will try to upset to you even after you buy into their service They need to be 100% honest and open about their service, I learned a lot about what they actually do after I paid and signed. I was misinformed on how many times they come to visit. The services is not bad but you would be so much better if you were open and honest with your clients. I really do not care about anything other than what you do, when you do it, how much it costs and how can I contact you if theres a problem. That being said next year I will not be renewing my service just because I was misinformed about the service I was given.

I can’t say anything bad about my experience so far. The technician, Mbye, was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous, respectful of our home and playful with our kids, all while upholding a respect line of professionalism. He was knowledgeable about his approach, the next steps and seeking the entry points where the pest were entering. Places I wouldn’t have thought twice about. We look forward to continued service, and hopes of having Mbye service us again.
