Senate came to treat my yellow jackets for $400 and now there are more than ever and they are refusing to come back to treat it for another 5 days, which is 8 total since they said I needed to wait 48 hours before calling to reschedule. I would give this business negative stars if I could. I will update if they are able to resolve the issue I hired them for. Update: for the third treatment I scheduled, the technician showed up without a bee suit. He tried to reschedule but then tried to treat with a spray can on a stick. Needless to say, this did not work. Finally on the 4th treatment, the technician Andrew was amazing. He spent about an hour spraying all over and into the nest inside and out and plugged the holes with steel wool. No activity after he left. If I were to hire Senate again I would only ask for Andrew!

I’ve been working with Senate since i bought my home three years ago. It had been vacant for a while & the bugs & rodents needed to understand that people were living here again. The technician who regularly serviced my home, Eric, was very thorough and knowledgeable. I went from being afraid to open cabinet doors to living comfortably in a mostly bug free home. When a new issue arises, they come out quickly and address it.

Senate responded to my call for servive within hours. I heard something that sounded big moving in my attic. Tim did a thorough walk through and identified the problem. He pointed out the evidence and had me go to websites to help further explain what was going on. I was totally stressed after learning that there were rodents in my attic and requested immediate service. A team came three days later to clear out the attic replace the insulation with a repellent version. The team was prompt and courteous. I will have to wait awhile to assess the effectiveness of the treatment. Before the noise, I had no idea or signs that I had a problem, so I'll be looking and listening intently to make sure the problem was resolved.

Really really disappointed with the services. I hired them to take care of a raccoon problem and their customer service is just awful. They were supposed to come over pick up a raccoon and set the traps. They came and pick up the raccoon but left an empty broken crate without any bait in it. I tried to call thousands of times with no luck. The same happened last Saturday. Communication among employees is inexistent. Very amateur.

Working with Senate Termite & Pest Control was a smooth experience from start to finish. Having a wood-siding & wood-framed house, I wanted to be protected against potential termite issues. Reaching out to the company was simple & expedient and I was able to get on the schedule for their inspection within the same week. Once the home & property were inspected and guidance offered on which services would best suite my needs (thanks Rick!), I was able to be quickly scheduled for the treatment the next week. On the service treatment day, the technician, Sam, arrived on time promptly and was very cordial & professional as he answered some of my additional questions. Sam then got right to work doing the necessary process to treat all around the foundation of house. I was impressed by the speed, diligence, and professionalism from beginning to end, and would use their services again.

I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the service technicians. I’ve been with Senate for a few years now, and it seems they’ve improved their staff and procedures over time to be more communicative and accommodating. Most recently, Andrew visited my rental property and thoroughly reviewed all issues and provided a great solution. I’ve also had great experiences with Sam, Eric, and Sean. Thank you!

Ant and Spider treatment 10/10, Mosquito treatment 4/10, termite protection 9/10, rodent extermination 5/10 The mosquito treatment does not work. The ant and spider ones are amazing and have worked great. I love that they’ll come out in between quarterly service to spray. Termite protection they offer is amazing, but really pricey. Rodent coverage is okay; it was added to my service but wasn’t really worth the price. Overall senate is a great choice, especially for ants and spiders.

The technicians that come out are usually ok to sometimes exceptional. Calling the office is always a pain because they don't do what they say the first time and I have to call back and push the issue to get a resolution. It doesn't help that they have pretty bad attitudes. Fortunately I don't have to call in very often. If I did, I definitely wouldn't keep them as my pest control service.

Sam has serviced our home multiple times and is always professional, friendly, and informative. During his most recent visit on November 19, 2025, he listened to my concerns about recent pest activity, remembered where mouse bait was placed from a previous visit, and found another area of activity that needed bait. He made sure to explain to me what he found, how he mitigated it (sealed multiple areas by the garage door and water spigot and added a bait box to the attic) and showed me photos of what he found so I could understand the issue. I felt more educated, aware, and at ease after his comprehensive inspection and service. He went above and beyond to do a great job!
