Senate's Alicia provided outstanding service with a smile on her face. She as friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel like the service I get from all the service personnel at Senate is worth every penny that I pay. The previous company I used, charged more and did not provide even half the service.

What an awful experience. The work that was supposed to be done in our attic and crawl space was never done. One month later we have pictures from another company proving that everything was left as it was beforehand. Disappointed is an understatement, but we know better for our other homes.

With the quick change of seasons this year, wanted to get ahead of rodents trying to get inside house. Initial consultation with Mr Gray was thorough as he assured me of the level of service we would receive from our initial extermination to the quarterly service for maintenance. Two week follow up with DeMarcus was equally thorough where he took the time to make sure bait was refreshed and outside was treated for flying insects and spiders. Pleased to say rodents have not been seen inside since treatment. Looking forward to a Senate Pest control free home!
