They broke a pump on the side of my home while aerating. After bringing it to their attention, they lied about it. Saying it was already broken and that they turned it off to stop the leak 2 weeks ago. It's an active leak that is shooting out water noticeable enough for my neighbors to see. I noticed a couple of hours after the aeration and turned it off myself. They further claimed that after the aeration, they turned it on so I would know. So, for 2 weeks, my sprinklers were somehow working with the water shut off? They also knew that a customer was hemorrhaging water and just forgot to tell me? Twice. A manager said he would come over, and I took time off to accommodate it, and then he cancels.

Anthony came out for my first lawn treatment and I was blown away by the service. I requested he knock on the door and he actually did. It's so simple but most companies skip little things like this. He actually sprayed all of my areas of grass. TruGreen literally always skipped spraying whole areas of my lawn. He proactively sprayed the weeds growing in my driveway which really made this experience above and beyond. Fingers crossed I get Anthony for future treatments! Oh and on top of this fantastic experience, Senske were cheaper than all the competitors I got quotes from! Better service for less money. Mind blowing in this day and age.

Don't use this company. We signed up and prepared for the whole year and they did not do what they said they would, so before canceling, i checked their cancelation and was told I would get a full refund. When that did not come, I called and was told it took 4-6 weeks to issue a refund. When it did not come by 6 weeks, I was told it had been issued but takes 8-10 weeks for the check to show up after issued. In other words, they legit are saying it takes up to 16 weeks to refund your money. I am now in the process of figuring out how to file in small claims court as that is my only recourse to find this missing money. What a shame. Don't use them and DO NOT PREPAY! You will regret it.

I sent a text with specific concerns I wanted looked at. Zach did not see the text till after he had already been to my house. He called me and told me he was heading back to my house to take care of them and discussed what I wanted done to make sure he understood completely. Super friendly, and i appreciated he took the time to do a good job.

Eric, thank you for managing my flower beds and weeds!!! I have been using Senske lawn services for 5+ years. They have done such a great job with my lawn that I added other services, including pest control. I am dandelion, weed, and bug free for years now! The technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and are excellent about communicating when they will arrive.

Zach came and sprayed our yard and did a fantastic job!!! He sprayed extra in the spots where we've seen high traffic, he helped remove a couple of wasp hives (very aggressive ones) and contacted me prior to and after visiting ensuring to meet my expectations. I hope to get back again in the future. Thanks for going above and beyond, Zach!
