I gave 1 star oly because they have great communication. For the last 5 yrs I have maintained my own property. My lawn has always been very dark green, very thick and virtually weed free. I dont say any of this to brag, but rather because of the less than okay experience I've had with senske. I took on more work this year and was in need of hiring a "professional" company to take over my fertilization and weed control. After more than $1000 and a few months... still no improvement. They are great as far as communication, but to see MORE weeds than I started with and a not so healthy lawn after their "services" was disappointing to say the least......not to mention that when I called customer service to complain about all the weeds, the customer service rep named "cookie" was rude and said I was not being logical. I am excited to get my lawn back just taking care of it myself. I truly hope someone reads this review and thinks twice about paying someone to drive in circles across their lawn and have absolutely No improvements made. ...hard to tell from the pictures, but I counted over 800 weeds across my lawn after weeks of their "weed control" treatment and marked each one with a spray can. But hey, most of the customer service reps were very patient and kind, so theirs that. .....best of luck

Senske has been a great help to us specially with keeping our lawn green and healthy. Wonderful and knowledgeable crew. They always give you great tips on how you can keep your yard look great and savings for your wallet.

If you like to pay $70+ month for services that get applied in pouring rain, canceled and rescheduled often, then also pay more out of pocket to fix Senkes mess ups, this is the company for you! Ive had them for about 2 years and this year is absolutely horrible. My yard struggles to stay green (it gets plenty of water). They have had a "manager" come out 3 different times to figure out why their product sucks. They tell me im not watering enough to add more water, before i added more, they did a soil test and it retains plenty of water. They then told me to use less water. Grass is still littered with yellow, dying grass. They came out a third time right after telling me to lower the water, and told me to water more. My park strips are littered with dead grass and weeds wont go away. My front yard only looks ok because I spend more money to fertilize and overseed myself, on top of the 70 I pay senske a month. My back yard is about a lost cause now. It looks like crap, its yellow, and weeds are getting worse.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. Jake wasn’t able to get into our driveway on his first attempt due to construction. He sent a text letting me know and if he had time later, he would try again. He did just that and was able to complete the service the day it was scheduled. Thank you.

Jeffrey and his assistant introduced themselves courteously at our door, and then proceeded to apply treatments to our shrubs and trees. They seemed thorough and efficient. Since Senske began treatment of our plantings three years ago, the improvement in their growth and health has been impressive. They are doing a good job.
