Service technician Markus Graves is a wonderful asset to the Sentinel Pest Control company. I requested for him to become my regular agent as I find him to be professional, pleasant, and educational about their services and products.

I had a very good experience with Sentinel Pest Control. I called and explained my problem to the operator. They told me they offer a free inspection to their customers to evaluate the problem - before they ask you to commit to any charges. The service technician Brandin arrived within the time promised and got right to work. He asked me to show him around my home and asked to inspect the craw space. He checked out my crawl space and found no rodent issues at all. That was a surprise to me. They stuck to the free inspection policy and I was not charged for the service. I think this company is a first rate company and would highly recommend their services.

Great company to work with. I run a local mole extermination business, Sentinel has been amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place does not honor their word. I had them out to look at an interior mouse issue. They did everything BUT that. When I complained they agreed to take $100 off the bill. Fast forward to now and when trying to buy a car a collection came up for $100 on my credit report. Are you kidding me? They claim it took too long to settle the invoice so they say they added the $100 back on and I owe it. THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. UNBELIEVABLE
