First time ever using a pest control service. I chose Sergio’s initially due it being family owned and couldn’t be happier. Brian came out to handle a hornet nest and was a true professional. We discussed the options as it was in a tricky spot and after roughly an hour it was gone. Bryan was very considerate of the surrounding area both in my yard and my neighbors. The hornets have not been back! Great service both during the removal and on the phone prior. I received a call back less than an hour after I sent my info in on their website. I highly recommend Sergio’s.

I used Sergio’s pest control to take care of a Yellowjacket nest on the exterior of my home. The price I paid was what they quoted me over the phone. They came out the next day. Dion was very friendly, educational, and knowledgeable. I like that I was able to contribute to a family business. I would definitely use them again for any future pest control needs

I didn't know pest control could be so easy. We suffered from mice issues at our last house and just kept playing the game of setting traps over and over again. When we moved last fall, the house we bought was beautiful but had mouse droppings everywhere and I mean everywhere. I did a ton of research and read hundreds of reviews, and with that, I chose Sergio's Pest Control. Sergio's sent a technician named Kurt, and he did a complete inspection and located all of the tiny access points on the outside of the house, set traps and then later that day sent me a complete report that included any access points with descriptions and pictures. We then hired someone to come and fill and secure all of the access points, based on the thorough report that we received. As scheduled, Sergio's came back, checked traps and we did find one mouse in a trap but it was determined it was trapped inside when we sealed the outside. Now 10 months later we have not even found one live mouse anywhere in our home. I'm sad that the previous owner had to deal with this but I'm happy we were finally able to take control of the situation. Tomorrow Sergio's is coming back to treat the inside and outside for insects (ants, earwigs, centipedes, etc) and I am SO LOOKING FORWARD to not having to find and kill random earwigs all summer. Thank you Kurt for your knowledge, your patience with all of my questions, and for giving me the peace that comes with a mouse-free home.

I called Sergio's Pest Control for a problem with bees nesting on the outside of my home. Dion came out for the consultation; he was excellent with a wealth of knowledge about bees and ants. He said the problem is as the wood siding begins to decay it attracts bees and ants for nesting; he suggested replacing the wood siding that is beginning to decompose. He didn't feel spraying for the bees (since they are causing a danger to humans) was not necessary at this time. He didn't charge me the the fee for services. I would definitely call on them again if I needed pest control services.

We’ve used Sergio’s Pest Control for years. Kurt is always on time, friendly , knowledgeable and has taken care of any issues we’ve had. I would definitely recommend this company and ask for Kurt.

Great experience overall. The office was easy to contact and make an appointment. Kurt arrived on time, was polite, and explained everything to us as he went through the inspection. He was able to find our issue and gave us several options on how to address it. Will be calling again them next year for some pre-emptive treatments.

Tommy had been servicing my home for a few years now and had provided exceptional service. He knows a lot about all things insects and has been a great resource when I have questions or concerns. I highly recommend him and Sergios!
