Servall seems keen on a very simple business philosophy, the practice of underpromising and overdelivering. I was kind of being over ran by annoying Stink Bugs, and upon inspection by my service tech, Kathi, I was told that “if it flies, they can’t guarantee it”. I was pretty disappointed, but for half the price of the next cheapest guy ($53 per quarter), I figured I’d go ahead and treat anyways. Needless to say, I was elated to find about 50 Stink Bug corpses, among a handful of house flies, sprawled around my floor and deck. EVERY SINGLE STINK BUG! If you find yourself on the fence, give this company a try. Low financial risk and high potential reward equal a very safe investment.

Excellent service from a real pest control company— no overpriced gimmicks or fancy tools. After just one visit, my pest issue has significantly decreased. I honestly feel that the previous company i used was just spraying chemicals to attract pests, but i wont name them.I highly recommend this company.Having tried several local pest control services in Clarksville, this one has consistently met all my expectations, and I'm looking forward to continuing my relationship with them.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and aggressive business practices of this company. Despite my husband informing them that we are out of the country and will schedule services upon our return, they continued to contact me instead - on a Sunday afternoon, which also happened to be my husband’s birthday. This level of disregard for customer communication is unacceptable. I fail to understand where quarterly pest control service requires such urgency that you have to contact both of us separately - while we’re on vacation, on a Sunday, and even on a birthday. This is not our first negative experience with their aggressive communication, but I assure you it will be the last. I am canceling my services effective immediately. Send me a bill for my final service and leave it at that. Do not contact me any further.

Aubrey is, by far, my favorite tech! She's literally the only reason I kept my contract. The previous techs were in and out in 5 minutes. She's very thorough, takes her times to do her job correctly and lets me know the spray she uses is pet safe. I always ask regarding the safety of my pet and she's very trustworthy. I'll stay with Servall, as long as Aubrey stays! 💚

Front office is great but their tech guy, shane, is absolutely unprofessional! Do NOT use this company for anything crawlspace related even though they claim that they do it. They came out and “fixed” our issues but then had multiple other contractors come out for unrelated things stating that what was supposedly fixed was not. We called them again after getting these reports…. When he came out he claimed that the problem we called them for was never an issue brought up with them which was the whole reason we called them. He tried to say it was a different area. The Shane guy had the audacity to call us liars. When I stopped him, he basically threw a little tantrum and tried to say that I was calling him the same. It’s one thing to disagree but to outright make false statement and call us liars was the tipping point. Spent thousands to be treated this way is absolutely appalling. Asked to speak to the manager and waiting…. Background: we used them years ago for crawlspace and didn’t think we had an issue with them so that’s why we called them back. Clearly that was the wrong move. They have all new staff and people working there which is not the same company we have come to know in the past.
