Shane’s Pest Control continues to impress us, and today’s visit was no exception. Nick went above and beyond. He didn’t just do a quick pass—he really took his time, treating the inside of our home with care (even the windows!), then moved outside to thoroughly spray and check every termite trap. And just when we thought he was done, he went the extra mile by clearing spider webs all the way around the house. We’ve been using Shane’s since we moved down here 6 years ago, and we’ve only ever had the best things to say. They’ve been consistent, reliable, and always kind. That kind of service speaks volumes. It’s thoughtful, detailed, and done with pride. This is exactly why we choose a local, family- and veteran-owned company like Shane’s instead of a big national chain. They actually show up, do the job right, and treat your home like it matters. We’re truly grateful for their hard work and heart. Highly recommend!

Vickie was so friendly and took the time to go over everything with me. Matt did a great job making my mother in law's house inaccessible to wildlife and I know she is happy with the work that was done. I also really like how they email results from each visit. I highly recommend them.

Where do I start? Love this company so much. We found them accidentally after we had yellow jackets come through our wall in a bedroom. They came out immediately and took care of our problem. We then set up to have our pest control and mosquito spray with them. After my husbands company opened their business they chose Shane’s after people coming out and giving quotes. A couple years later we just bought a house. Not counting the two we put in offers and Shane came out each time to inspect the homes and advise us. The third home was a charm we just purchased and we have our pest control and mosquito once again and soon will be doing wildlife treatment because of lots of squirrels! Shane and staff have always been very professional and personable besides accommodating. They text letting us know they plan to come. They let me know a time frame and I can adjust if needed. I have had no pest control issues since I have been using them. I also was never able to enjoy my decks and until he talked me into trying mosquito and I love being able to be outside now. I am so glad we are supporting local but also the relationships we have built with him and staff makes customer service top notch. I wanted an honest and fair company where customers matter and we definitely have it with Shane’s!

Signed up for service with Shanes's Pest control and Ms. Vickie Walker was very helpful and pleasent to work with. Tim and Donald came out and serviced my home today, they did a great job, very professional and polite. Explained what they were going to. I am very happy with this service so far.

We have been pleased since the first service by Matt as we have seen a 100% improvement from our previous pest company! We are So Thankful we decided on this company! Shane (Owner) was extremely personable when he provided a quote for services, and after signing up for regular service, Matt serviced our home in Nov 2024 and again Feb 2025 (quarterly service) and we are SO Pleased with the results!
