I deleted my first review. Now to update. Not much surprises me these days but, within 10 hours of my post the owner called me to hear my side of the story. I must say I was very impressed. To be fair when we first hired Sharkys they were amazing. The owner Luke is amazing and really cares about his company. We are going to try again with Sharkys as we feel Luke is genuine. If I could give 10 stars for his care and attention to his local business I would!!! Way to go Luke!!!!

I am not satisfied with this pest control at all. The guy came out to my apartment where I was having big black ant problems and mice problems all thru the building. The guy put 2 bates under sink and supposedly under stove and wouldn’t service nowhere else in my apartment or building. I still have these problems and when asked him if he could put bait in other affected areas, he replied, no because he was only told to do one area. I’ve never heard or seen of such. I personally would never recommend this company

Sharky's does a great job keeping the bugs out of our house. They're always communicative, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend Sharky's!

I was referred to Sharky’s by a family member and they did not disappoint. Lucas was very personable and explained the what and why during the whole process. Highly recommended!

The pest control is great... the first time (second time seemed useless, and it didn't even look like they stepped foot inside our apartment) and works well, but a little communication would be nice. The business sends people out without advance notice. We have five pets and I can't just up and leave with them whenever someone decides to show up, as I don't even have a license or access to a car. I will add that the person that they sent out for our second and third bed bug sprays, Isaiah, whom we weren't given advance notice about last week OR this week, was very kind, apologetic, and accommodating, and this isn't his fault. He was professional and this shouldn't affect him negatively. I have told him this myself. If he does get punished for it and he wants to take action for it, I will be on his side. I will leave a better review if there's an apology and the business can start communicating better. I doubt this will happen though, because this has now been twice that this has happened, and we've just been expected to deal with it. I wish that our property manager would have went with someone more professional like Dodson, but we really didn't have a say in the matter. Anyway, please, for the good of your company, and especially the workers and customers, whose time you're wasting, get your crap together. Thank you.
