The building that I live in was having major pest problems. Shepp took care of everything! Building management hired Shepp for a three month treatment plan. Every month there were fewer and fewer problems. Chris and the other exterminators were polite and professional. Shepp seems to have taken care of our pests.

Came to tale care of bedbugs, was very thorough, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and did a fast and friendly job.

Shepp was great with Kevin being knowledgeable, professional, on time and efficient.

Beyond impressed by the level of communication, service and job fulfillment with Shepp. Joe came into our home on time and was professional as could be. He really listened to our concerns with 2 infants and provided great clarity as to the products he was planning to use and the safety around them. Joe went the extra mile and even took the time to speak with my wife who wasn't home to let her know how we were going to solve the ant problem safely and effectively. Last but not least, Shepp offered the most competitive pricing around. Not only were they competitive but they didn't try to use any bait and switch tactics or lock me into any form of contact.

HORNET PROBLEM! My 86 yr old mom called them with a referral from her HOA. The man came out, was pleasant and did spend* time looking for a nest. He sprayed the nest. My mom was told that they would remove the nest. The nest was about 10 or 11 feet off of the ground behind a screen to keep birds from the dryer vent. He said he was "not allowed to climb a ladder". 2 days later my mom had a handyman come to do inside work for her. He told her the nest was very active with hornets. He sprayed a can of repellent on it. After he finished work in the house he easily climbed a small ladder and removed the nest. It's 4 days later and there are hornets still trying to find their way in. The company has not followed up, as promised, with a call to see how thing are going. She was charged $195 for a 20 minutes visit. I call that POOR service and ripping off a senior citizen. Don't use them!
