If I could give -5 stars I would. These folks are money hungry. Told us they would not pick up a cat that our neighbors left behind to die in a fire nonetheless. Cat was in an empty house two months without food or water until the rental office cleared the house out. Called these folks and told them the situation on the cat but they said not coming out unless they are paid 425. What kind of heartless animal business is this. Highly do not recommend these people. They even rudely hung up in our face. Pretty much told us on the phone is not their cat they don’t care 🤦♀️

Worst company we ever dealt with there timing and communication were that of a third world company the workers were rude they lied about need dying they hooked up as bacume to suck a few bees up and that was it no follow up or anything NOW WE HAVE TO CALL A DIFFRENT COMPANY and will not return calls either ...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN....

This company was recommended to me by a trusted friend who said that he was satisfied. I cannot attest to the work that they do because I never received a call back. I can, however, speak on the horrible customer service I received. I initially called, and the guy who answered the phone never gave his name. He was very short and quite dismissive. When I told him my problem, he asked, "Well where do you live and how many stories is your house above ground?" He asked as if he were annoyed that I even called. I told him. He said, "We charge $525 to come to you." Then he told me to call back and leave a message and that he would get back to me. I thought, I was already on the phone, so why would I need to call back? I did call back, though, but never received a call back from him - or anyone else. I don't know if everyone who works for this company is as nasty as the person I initially spoke to, but I can definitely say it was a huge deterrent for me. It doesn't matter how good your work might be (again, I will never know), if you treat potential customers this disrespectfully, then the work you do doesn't matter at all. If I could give zero stars, I would based on the way I was treated as a potential customer. Customer service is key!

The men that own/work at this business are awful business owners. The brothers do nothing but talk trash about the other ones. I have a squirrel issue in my attic and of course made the mistake of trusting them to take care of it. They made sure to take my 500$ right up front before assessing the issue. They said I had holes in my attic that needed to be patched and that they would wait until the squirrels were gone and remove the nest and take care of the Holes. That day came and it took them two weeks to even come out to supposedly fix the holes. They never removed the nest and I had to continuously call to get them to remove it. According to their website and to my receipt they have a 10 year guarantee so the minute I heard the squirrel again I made the phone call. And of course they tell me there is nothing they can do because the squirrels are coming from our neighbors house. Even though the noise is opposite of their house. They wouldn’t even come out and look. My suggestion use a different company.

I would recommend these guys to anyone having a critter issue! We realized we had a squirrel chew a hole in our soffit and it was trying to make its way into our attic. When I called, the gentleman was extremely helpful and told me they could have someone out the next morning! They walked us through the process, showed us pictures of the traps they would use, and came back periodically to check! Once they were sure we had caught our critter, they patched the hole. Hoping I won’t have to call them back, but won’t think twice should the need ever arise!
