We saw a few ants and immediately started asking friends and family for exterminator recommendations. My parents have experience with Skyway so we gave them a call and the positive experience started from the first phone call. The woman who answered the phone answered my questions and made a recommendation based on our issue, crawling bugs and not flying blood sucking bloods. We made an appointment and waited for that to come around. Simeon showed up early which was nice. Immediately introduced himself and explained what he’d be doing for us that day. He worked in a manner that seemed to me to be thorough and well thought out. He was also very respectful and clean, he didn’t trek buddy boots or equipment through the house and even made it a point to ask if he could use our garden hose to fill a tank he was using. It was a very easy and pleasant experience, I am confident in the job they performed and definitely recommend Skyway if anyone sees some critters running or crawling or flying around their house.

Negative stars...... they are very unprofessional. Never deliver what they say. I paid them 7000 to get rid of bedbugs. They told me so many things that they will do heat treatment... and chemical treatment and they will bring canine to check for remaining bedbugs. All crap. They give us 6 months warranty. There was reduct in bedbugs but it was never completely finished. After 6 months they told us to get their monthly subscription. i got the monthly plan and still had no solution. They are not good. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I have been using them from day one. They are reliable and know their business. They have helped with ants and bees. I am having another bee issue and they are on top of it as ALWAYS...THANK YOU....

My wife and I moved into our first house and Luke came over to inspect the place for us—he could not have been a nicer guy. We went on to use Skyway, and the girl who does their customer service is SO friendly and helpful too! The kind nature of their employee and performance in their job has completely taken all our worries away. Since then we've always call for Luke and he continues to impress us with his sincerity and willingness to help.

We’ve had an annual contract with Skyway for almost three years now. They were recommended to us by the previous owner of our home. They have given us excellent service and we cannot say enough good things about Luke. He calls or texts to let us know his arrival time and he always walks us through what he’s doing, knowing we have pets and a baby in our home. We can’t thank Luke enough.
