I wish I could give this company -0 stars! Idk where to even begin with this HORRIBLE experience !! My appointment was from 11-2 so I just knew I had time to run some errands before they arrived I was sadly mistaken . Someone from this company had the nerve to enter my apartment with a minor female and no adults present. I called and asked the owner why did his employee do such a thing and all he could say was “I will send him back now that you’re home “ well excuse me ?? Allowing a grown man to enter a house with a minor female child is insane… when his employee returned while I was present I asked him why did he come in my home .. why didn’t he ask her age he replies “idk it’s rude to ask a female their age “ huhhhh ?

Stay far away. Horrible company. They specialize in gelling cabinets for roaches and placing glue boards. That’s about it.

Good company with great customer service skills. They removed a wasp or hornets nest.

Very professional company and workers. Hired them for a huge hornet nest in my attic and within 2 days of calling them they were at my house and cleared out the nest. Shawn and Jake were excellent and very easy to work with. I would hire this company again for any future pest control needs.

I ordered a pest control service in April 2022. In Sept 2022, some insects such as spiders, crickets and ants start to show up. S&M Exterminating Company, Inc told me I have a warranty. However, each time I tried to contact the customer service, they always have a thound of excuses to refuse to do the pest control again valid in the warranty. Excuses like "call me when I'm at office in the morning", "I'm not at office today and call me later", "Please call me after 2 weeks to see if the bugs are still there". Finally, I gave up to call them. I think that's what they want me to do. Choose this service if you want to lose your money and time!
