Juan is thoughtful and just terrific! He always checks in before he starts just to see if I have any areas around the house that need extra attention. Today I had been seeing extra spiderwebs out front and so he was very careful to take care of that area for me.

Had a great experience with Smart Pest Control. The technician (Cole) was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was also extremely thorough in dewebbing around the house. Really appreciated the care and attention to detail—highly recommend

For my today’s service appointment, the technical said when he finished the job outside, he will let me know, after that he would come inside and do the rest of the job. But he was here for no more than five minutes, just applying treatment on one exterior wall and spraying chemicals on one side of the backyard. Then he left without leaving any information. Please let me know will he come back? Because He didn’t finish the work, I will never pay for this time.

I enjoyed his service. Cole was very thorough and made sure to check in with mr on specific problems I wanted addressed. He made sure to move all my cats food and water before spraying and moved it back when he was finished. Very respectful and hardworking. Looking forward to future interactions. He also came again to fix an ant problem upstairs. Very cool.

We had Juan from Smart Pest control combover to inspect our house for rodents. He was friendly, helpful, attentive and an expert in his field. He adviced us on how we can make the situation better and helped with bait boxes and snap traps.

I am very please with all the work Cole has done here at my house spraying for mosquitoes and other bugs. He is always very kind , goes above and beyond for whatever I have ask him to spray for.
