From the initial call for service to the tech onsite it has been a very solid and professional interaction. Dylan has been my technician and he is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I had a groundhog issue under a shed. He set a trap at the precise location of several entrance points and the first was trapped within a couple of hours, the next day later a second one. He was very informative on the entire process and means to keep them out from underneath my shed with the truth that they can and will dig under anything if they so desire.

This company was highly recommended as they had performed extensive wildlife removal in my community. I worked with Dylan who was professional and knowledgeable. The first night he came out he caught 1 racoon, ultimately successfully trapping 3 and my issue was resolved. Dylan communicated consistently and he was great to work with. Working with Smithereen has been quick and easy. We have a nest of yellow jacket wasps in our roofline under the flashing. We started seeing wasps in the bedroom below that spot in our roof. This had us worried. Scheduling service was simple and they were quick to respond. Ronnie came out and he was a wealth of knowledge. He treated the area and he gave me clear expectations of what the next few days will look like. Besides being pleasant and knowledgeable, he was also very calm about the situation. Never having had yellow jacket problems, it was comforting that he was so calm about it. He answered all my questions and left me feeling good about the solution to our problem. The inspection and treatment service that they provided were exceptional. The first inspection I had by another company said I had termites and I needed to treat them. He looked at my house for a total of maybe 5 minutes. I decided to obtain a second opinion. Smithereen said it was old damage and I did not have any active termites. He explained and showed me pictures. I opted to have bait traps set in case they ever decided to return. Both men that supplied the services of inspection and setting the traps were as nice as they could be. Both were personable and answered any and all quesitons professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to use them. If you want reassurance, obtain atleast 2 esitmates.... Smithereen will blow the other company out of the water! They try to do what the owner truly needs instead of pad their pockets.

Myles and the team at Smithereen are FANTASTIC! Earlier this year I had gone through 3 bigger names in the pest control industry with no luck and a lot of frustration. I finally reached out to Smithereen based off a referral I got from a friend and I am SO HAPPY that I did. Every technician that has come to the house has been educational, persistent, and professional. Taking their time w/ making sure my home is well taken care of. I believe these guys are worth every penny and make life so much more comfortable to say the least.

Myles came out today to spray for yellow jackets. I was attacked by them and I had just had to give a shout out to how well he handled the situation. He went above and beyond in spraying our yard. He found a couple nests and took care of them. I have been scared to go in the backyard since I was stung over 20 times. Myles did such an awesome job and reassured us that we should be safe now!! I highly recommend him and I will definitely be using this company again. He was awesome! Give this man a raise!! :)
