My house is tucked away in the woods in Bethel, which means critters are always trying to sneak inside. Mike does an awesome job keeping the bugs and mice out! I used one of those big-name exterminator companies for over 12 years, but I was always stuck dealing with carpenter ants, ladybugs, stink bugs, and other pests. Even with an annual contract, I’d end up calling them multiple times a year and then waiting weeks for someone to finally come out. They just stretched their techs too thin, and it showed. Hiring Mike at Smitty’s was the best move I made. Since he took over, I haven’t seen a single carpenter ant—inside or out. No stink bugs, no ladybugs, no mice indoors. Everything stays where it belongs: outside. His price is right in line with the big companies, but the service blows them away. Do yourself a favor—ditch the big guys. Go with the local guy. Mike gets it done.

We were referred to Smitty's Pest Control by a friend. I contacted them, and Mike got back to us pretty quick, and was able to work with us with time and dates. He's been here twice so far, and is does seem like it's helping with some of the bugs. Price is DEFINITELY reasonable.

The service that I received today was excellent. Mike was a very experienced knowledgeable. Mike also told me a couple of things about wasp and hornets that I didn't know. I would highly recommend them in the futures to anyone to use. Keep up the great work.

Mike a.k.a. Smitty came over the very next day in the morning to help me with a wasp problem at my home. He came and exterminated and I have not seen any wasps in the last three hours that I’ve been home. He also told me that if the problem is not fixed within a few days to give him a call back and he will come back and revisit the issue for your charge. great service great job. He was very polite and I will call him again with any pest issues that I have. Thank you for your service.

We reached out to Mike for a tick problem in our backyard and he responded quickly. He uses natural preventatives and got the ticks out while keeping the backyard safe for our dogs. We highly recommend Mike!
