We love these guys. Haven't seen a bug or scorpion or termite since they came out and did our house. We used them with a company I used to work for. They always did a great job they always showed up on time and their price is great! Will definitely be using these guys in the future.

I couldn’t believe the attitude and demeanor the field technician had with my mother upon her service request. I was working with my mom on that day, in the midst, she was working with this exterminator on one of her properties. Simple request ; please get on site, provide a report, and we will make a decision on the next steps. Not only was it not simple or convenient, he was appallingly rude. Saying things like “you don’t know what you’re doing” accusing her of calling him a liar when questioning the reports. Mind you we had previous reports with zero callouts. We just wanted a local bid for potential better price. Not even close to a better price, nowhere near Customer Service, and highly do not recommend this trade for extermination services.

Dennis called to let me know when he would be at my house for a termite inspection. He represents SOS very well. He is joyful and friendly. He’s the type of guy you like to be around. Moe does a fantastic job at our place! Always super polite and easy to work with and the spray is effective when it comes to keeping the spiders out of our log cabin.

We have been using SOS exterminating for almost 2 years and have been very pleased with the service and ability to keep most pests at bay. We live near a mountain so it’s not unusual to see all kinds of critters - from scorpions to snakes, chuckwallas, etc. For the most part we have had very few ants, crickets, scorpions etc around. Our technician Chad is very friendly and always asks about us seeing any pests or areas he should focus on. Also we have our home inspected for termites yearly by SOS and due to the companies diligence and the great work by Dennis the technician, we have had no termite activity detected in years.
