I have been a customer of Southern Pest Control for 8 years. The customer service representatives over the phone have always been helpful and professional. The level of service I received yesterday during an annual termite inspection and renewal was remarkable. I’ve always had prompt and courteous service from the technicians. I was really impressed with Nathan H. I had to let you know how happy I am with the attention to details and respectfulness of this employee. He truly enjoys his work and wants to help people and solve their pest control issues. Thank you for hiring an amazing person to represent your business.

From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, and fully attentive to our concerns. What impressed us most was his ability to really listen—he took the time to understand the specific issues we were experiencing and respected our input and preferences throughout the process. Matt's thoroughness and attention to detail were exceptional. No corner was overlooked, and every step was clearly explained, which gave us full confidence in the service being provided. I was calling to reschedule lawn services due to all of the rain, and I was incredibly lucky to have been connected with Stacey. WOW, what an incredible person!!!! There were no issues that I was having, just needed to reschedule services and figured it would be a quick and normal call . . . Nope, it became an experience to talk about; she improved my morning! She had such an empathetic tone, caring and calming voice that I could tell she was really listening to me. She was chatting with me while rescheduling my appointment (and the good kind of chatting, not the kind where you feel like it is a chore and all you want is for them to reschedule the appointment and then go on with your day) and from our conversation she realized, before I did, that modifying my services might better suit me and my family. Because I have pets and kids and we spend a lot of time outside she recommended services that I didn't even know they had. She even went above and beyond with helping me schedule follow-ups and making plans and the best options. We have been a customer for about 7 years now and have always been pleased with the service, but today Stacey made me feel even better!! This was definitely one of those experiences that you personally had to experience to really understand the WOW factor, but it made me smile :-)! Thank you, Stacey!!!

Matt was terrific! The service he provided was thorough, complete and efficient. I hope to have him to service my property again. I think one of the greatest things Southern provides and their competitors do not is the time schedule for service. Made me feel that the company knows my time is important and wait windows are disrespectful of the customer. Thank you for such thoughtful services.
