After figuring out the best way to communicate I found Erik was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and responsive in mitigating the disaster of pests and rodents in my home. His knowledge was not that of a quickly trained sales-bro, but of someone who deeply understands this industry and how to manage different challenges that arise in homes. His prices are fair and reasonable. We had a huge problem which caused extensive damage in our home. And feel like this is going to be a perfect solution. Here is some of the damage that had been done. They found the point of entry in my home and have prevented any more rats from getting in.

Eric and his team are amazing. I have hired the pest-bros and their companies and there is always something that either goes wrong or the service is not as effective as I think it should be. I call up Southwest and not only does he educate me, but he solves the problem. I honestly think no one else is as knowledgeable or educated in the pest industry in Southern Utah. It is one thing to know how to treat pests, it is an entirely different thing to know why pests act the way they do and then treat that. I kid you not, Eric studied the ants on my counter...watching them to see when they were marking their path. Who does that!? A pest assassin, that's who. I understand that everyone has their preferences, but you should at least give Southwest a call to get their opinion. Best case scenario, hire them. You won't regret it.

Dean came out the same day that we called to spray our newly purchased house. He was fantastic. Personable and friendly and went right to work. We haven’t seen any more spiders or scorpions either !!

In my experience this company is easy to schedule, reasonably priced, and do a great job! My wife and I have been seeing black widows in our garage and Southwest Exterminators took care of that along with some outside bug issues we weren’t even aware of like the ants that were making there way to our apartment!
