Called and luckily received same day service. Jacob went above and beyond explaining our ant situation. He treated our problem and we hope those things are gone for good but if not I'll definitely call on him again. Great service and we were comfortable having such a nice young man in our home. We discovered bats in our attic. Bryan and his crew did a great job answering our questions, providing a reasonable quote, and taking care of the problem very quickly. They just removed the exit-only device allowing any remaining bats to leave, and finished the job. Problem solved!

INCONSIDERATE, POOR MANAGEMENT I was a customer for many years. Jacob was an excellent worker, friendly, efficient, came every month. THEN, SERVICE STOPPED! I was not told my account was assigned to another worker…I never was contacted , haven’t had service for FIVE MONTHS ! DO NOT choose Specialty Exterminating, I would not recommend them to anyone. Ignoring customers, not following up on changes affecting service is unacceptable.

Specialty Exterminating has been providing monthly service for 20 years and has never missed a day. Their staff is thorough and reliable, and professional. The most recent technician made 100%+ effort when servicing our log home - went above and beyond to minimize carpenter bees and wasps without us asking. The house recently sold and now that I'm settled in a new place I'll be setting up my monthly appointment. They also provided termite checks the first few years.

These people are absolutely WONDERFUL!! Honest, fast, efficient, best customer service, I could go on and on! They come every time I call, and usually the same day!! I cannot recommend them enough!
