They were so easy to work with. Making an appointment was easy. Bryan gave me a call to before he got here and arrived on time. He explained the contract and asked me what my concerns were. He was very informative and professional.

Dustin from Spectrum Pest Control was a complete professional. He wore shoe covers when he came in the house and answered all my questions about the product he was using. He was very thorough as he sprayed each room, upstairs, main floor and the downstairs rec room. After he finished spraying outside, he came to the door with my receipt and explained the 90 day warranty and thanked me for my business. I HAD a serious yellow jacket problem. I emailed Spectrum at 8:00 am on a Friday morning of a three day holiday weekend. I received a call back within five minutes. When I mentioned my three youg grandsons were spending the weekend, Brian was at my house within four hours. He dusted my problem areas. Within 3 hours the yellow jackets were no where to be seen. They also gave me a one year warranty. Great service! Great customer service! Great product! I am so glad I stayed local and called Spectrum from Saxonburg. Thanks Guys!

Shout out to Dustin L. for his prompt and great service today! I noticed an insect in the house, called spectrum and they had Dustin to our house a few hours later. Dustin addressed my concerns, assured me that the inspection problem would be taken care of and that the insect spray was safe to use around the kids’ items. I appreciate that he sprayed the entire house (inside/outside) thoroughly! Dustin was super informative and made the process as simple as possible!
