The customer service at Spider control is so amazing! I scheduled an appointment and to be honest due to mom brain I forgot about it. My sister scheduled a water splash pad play date. She was almost to my house when the technician showed up to spray. He called me and explained he was at my house. I then told him I forgot and my kids were outside in swim suits. He was so kind and he told me to let them play. Andrew said he could come back in a few hours to let them play. I told him they nap at 12 pm so any time after 12 would be so amazing. I felt so bad and he assured me that it was perfectly fine and he wanted the kids to have a fun time outside. I will be booking again! Also if you are a customer they offer deals here and there. I got a $10 off coupon to use in June and the service is super cheap compared to other companies.

Spider Control Inc. hires the best people. First we had Wes who was phenomenal, and now Andy, who was equally just as phenomenal. Prompt, polite, on-time, quick, did a thorough job, and overall, great service as always.

Jackson did a great job with the application today! Our visiting family yesterday left open windows in our sunroom without our knowledge but he told us about them before spraying the area. Truly a reliable & responsible person to be doing this important job!

I love this company! They are responsive, have a good product that works well, and friendly pleasant workers. I have been doing business with them for a long time because they are worth it. I briefly switched to another company to save a few dollars, but quickly switched back because Spider Control was superior in every way.
