Julius was very polite and professional. He explained why he was here and what he was going to do. After the job was complete he asked me if I had any questions and when I said no he left his phone number and then politely left.

I received the service yesterday evening and went out and checked this morning and the Technician did an excellent job. I had recently purchased a single-use application pesticide, specifically for spiders, they seem to love making multiple small webbed patches down the water drain and around the window edges. I was not looking forward to cleaning everything thing up. The Technician performed the service which also included the dewebbing and I was very impressed with the outcome. I will say that I am completely satisfied with the service and hopefully, I'll get the same end results each time and if all goes well, I'll probably take another 1 year service agreement. Good job dude!

I recently switched to Spidexx from Orkin, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Leo came out today to spray for bugs, pests, and rodents, and the entire experience felt like an old friend had come over for dinner. He was kind, thorough, and took his time making sure everything inside and outside the house was covered. What impressed me most was how safe their treatment is for both my pets and my kids. Leo was courteous professional and very respectful and polite. The only issue I have is with Caden, who told me on a Saturday morning when we decided to go with y’all, that he would schedule us for the following Tuesday. I left the house for a couple hours and upon my return Leo was there splaying. Since we was expecting to be on schedule for Tuesday an we received no phone call it took us all off guard that your company showed up at our home . From now on I recommend sticking with your Schedule because the unexpected visit was a nuisance to me an my family . That been said a big THANK YOU TO LEO he is a great representative to y’all’s company .

They did an excellent job explaining all of the different services and different pricing for each service. Sales man Jordan is super nice and helpful!! Leo (the technician) was so kind during the treatment and worked thoroughly. I definitely recommend Spidexx for their pest control services. If all of the employees are like Jordan and Leo, i will be a happy and loyal customer to spidexx.

He was very professional, arrived on time, and was thorough in inspecting the outside of my home. They do amazing job and their employees are very respectful and nice and very courteous specially Cole Watkins. They are not outrageous on their pricing So please give them a call.
