We had him yesterday for removing the wasp nest. He is very professional and detailed. Kept the house clean ( not dripping the chemical around the house ). We would like him to come back next time. Thanks for his quality service.

Rich is always a welcome sight! In Florida bugs happen especially in the summer months when it rains every day. Rich is always knowledgeable and friendly. As a mother of 3 I want my children to be safe and spiddex gives me peace of mind that we are receiving quality pest control that is safe for my children and pets while also protecting them from any creepy creatures that would like to seek shelter from the storms. They will keep charging you insane amounts on a monthly basis but would only come out to the property once every 3 months. The guy always comes early in the AM and is done in less than 5 min and disappears before you can talk to him or see him do any actual work. Very scammy would not recommend.

Another great and amazing service by Christian! Spidexx is the way to go, especially in Florida! We have been with this company for years. (Started as Bold) We have never had an issue with bugs inside or around the house. The only thing we find are dead bugs, if we even find them - Its very rare. They stop the bugs before they find a way into your home. Just a thorough job through and through. They remove unwanted webs and debris around the house where they can reach too. Its really a great service. Never an issue with billing and if you have to call them they are super nice! Rated 10 out of 10. A+++

I have been using this company when it was originally Bold Servicing and now that I want to cancel and paid my quarterly due that is not being utilized now they are refusing to refund the the remaining payment for the months that are not being utilized. Will not use or recommend to any one. Mind you the techs were nice and courteous

So far, representatives have been super responsive and helpful. It's still early, but they appear to be legitimate and quality, at least for customer service. Additionally, everyone has been incredibly respectful.
