This was my first treatment. Even though the guys came during my Bible study, Dillon was so respectful of my house guests. He did a very thorough job and explained what he did thoroughly! He was very good at communicated and seemed to know an extreme amount about the job and needs I may have. Thank you Dillon and Alan his partner!

Josh M. was our technician today. 09/25/25 He did a stellar job, would love to have him back again, I thought the house needed pressure washing, but it was just covered in cobwebs.

I had Brandon G come to my house today. Ive had Spire for a year and love it. I moved so this was their first time at my new place. We have a mouse issue. He was incredibly patient with me asking a ton of mice questions. He helped me identify places they might be getting in and gave me suggestions past just setting traps. Im usually not home during treatments and this was my first time really interacting with one of the technicians. He was wonderful! Also customer service has always been extremely easy to work with which is incredibly hard to find sometimes. Hopefully I never move out of their service range

My interaction with Spire this far has been fantastic. Everyone I have met has been super professional and very nice. Communication has been wonderful as well. I just received my 1st treatment and the guys were very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised after my first treatment from a different company. My tech Brehon was very kind, professional, and thorough, as were the other 2 gentlemen here with him. I believe they went above and beyond. They did not rush the job even though it oppressive outside. Thank you guys for making this a good experience.

Today Brehon did my initial treatment. The first thing he did was ask if I had been told what all I would be expecting from Spire Pest Control and then went on to explain those services to me. He was very kind, knowledgeable about the services that were offered, and thorough with the services. I was very impressed and will recommend to others when asked about what pest control services they recommend.

Stephen was prompt, friendly, and thorough. He even made my *very shy* toddler smile and talked to her for a minute while I had to go in the other room! He answered all my questions and was in and out of here for our first appointment in under 30 minutes. Excited to take care of these bugs!

The guys who conducted my pest control service were true professionals. The few questions that I had were answered with confidence and direct eye contact (I like that). The young man who entered my home was respectful and also mindful of the "no shoe" standard I have for my home (he wore shoe coverings). I was thoroughly pleased with the applied applications and with the timeliness of the service call. These guys were on time! I look forward to continuing our business together.

Dylan & Allen were both excellent with customer service and explaining the treatment. My wife and I kept saying, "Seriously.. how are these guys so friendly!" We also had a great experience with Matt. He worked with us and our needs for the different services offered with Spire. We would certainly recommend them!

Buyer beware! This company is a scam! What started as a couple of mice has become an infestation with extensive property damage. The technician who came out for the initial inspection saw mice in an upstairs closet and droppings behind the stove in the kitchen. He handed us some sticky traps and said that should take care of it. No, that did NOT take care of it! Now, Spire wants me to pay even more for rodent control on top of the contract we signed with them that was supposed to cover rodents, among a list of other pests and bugs. No way! Do the job I paid you to do or cancel my contract and refund me money!

John from Spire Pest Control did an outstanding job! He was very professional, thorough, and took the time to ensure every area around my home was treated properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work; and as a fellow veteran, it’s great to see that dedication and attention to detail carry over into his service.
