Ramon is our technician and I gotta say we are completely happy with his service. He is professional, friendly and very informative. He does a great job communicating any pest activity or any damaged traps he comes across. Happy to partner with Ramon to keep out pests under control.

Sprague has been taking care of our business for years and have always done a great job. Our technician Ramon C is fantastic. He is always thorough with checking all the stations and letting us know what needs to be replaced or if he finds any potential issues that need to be addressed.

He went over some additional treatments he thought we would need. He explained how they work. He did not pressure us at all. On Thursday, 11/13/25, David and Hudson serviced all of our traps. It was like pest control ballet--rhythmic and thorough as they tag-teamed the traps, scanned the barcodes, hitting all the inside and outside of our 93,000 sq. ft. building. The experience left us quite satisfied. Afterwards, Bill went out for a smoke. Thanks gentlemen, Management
