The team at Springer is great. We’ve always had a good experience with them. Most recently, we had a significant bug issue around our house, so I called at 3:00 on Friday to see what they could do. They were out here to treat everything in less than hour, which is crazy fast. Highly recommend.

He consistently ensures our needs are met and that all products used around our hospital are safe for the pets in our care. We had some tiny bugs issue and reached out to Springer. They sent someone out to evaluate the issue and let me know that it was clover mites. We scheduled the service day. Kevin came over, looked around and explained what he’ll be doing and what to expect afterwards. We needed a few appointments to take care of it. So far he’s been here two-three times, the mites are gone. We also see way less spiders, too. They spray inside and outside the house. So this prevented all kinds of bugs/insects from coming in, especially during the summer. Kevin is always kind and respectful. I would recommend this business!

We’ve been with Springer Professional Home Services for pest control for many years. We really like Springer’s services especially due to our technician Chad. He is great. His customer service is outstanding. He works with our crazy schedules when setting up our service date. He texts me when he’s on his way so I can crate our terriers. He asks questions then listens to make sure he understands our needs and issues. He has done great work on a mice problem we inherited when we purchased our older “by the woods” home. We like Springer and we really like Springer due to Chad.
