Mr. Essletzbichler even inspected the other balconies in the building before our viewing appointment to provide comparisons. SRT was also the only company willing to quote for a special attachment request. The additional charge was fair. We opted for the "standard" option, but we really appreciated the personalized service. Regarding the work: As mentioned—and also evident from the photos—our balcony was in truly terrible condition. The clearing out was prepared and completed without complications: construction fleece was laid in our apartment and in the communal areas (hallway and elevator), and after the work was completed, not a single feather was left straying in the house.
