Wilson pest control not what it used to be half the time they not open I have gotten old stuff and there prices are outrageous I at one time could count on this place for my needs but not they have turned into a money grab if possible find somewhere else to go

Location isn't updated, and when I got there I was charged almost 3 times the cost for what was sold. Robbing the people who patronize you is a horrible way to do business. 0 out of 10, do not recommend being robbed by them.

There was a sign posted outside that said they would return by 3:30pm. I arrived at 2:45pm so I decided to sit in the car and wait until 3:45. I went home and called at 4pm. No one answered until 4:30. When I arrived, 10 minutes later there was a man on the parking lot that told me they were closed. After explaining that I'd just called he told me to go in. The man inside was cussing at someone on the phone. He told me he had what I needed on the shelf. When I asked about the price he asked if I could afford it today or not because he was ready to go home. I noticed the bottle had previously been opened. He said he didn't feel like going into the basement for a new bottle and proceeded to ask why I would think he would sell me a used bottle. I politely took my money to Amazon. I was not going to pay $170.00 for horrible service and an opened package. I do my best to support black businesses in our community but I expect my money to be appreciated with professional service.

Fantastic place customer service is what it should be and above. They have what you need (professional products) for the DO IT YOUR SELF JOB or IF YOU WOULD LIKE, THE PROFESSIONAL CAN COME TO YOU. They have been in business for over 30 yrs that I know of meaning they are stable and have the EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO HELP YOU. I have personally used there products with success. If you don't know to use for your particular issue they can certainly steer you in the right directions.

Mr. Wilson is so informative. I'm so glad that we got somebody like this in the hood. There is no other place to walk into a store and bypass products. He also has another store open so he must be doing well. Please patronize this black owned business
