I use Stark Exterminators. I must say that Oscar the termite expert is awesome exclamation mark he knows his stuff and his very courteous, professional and explains everything to the tea. I highly recommend Stark Exterminators, especially if you have a termite problem and ask for Oscar. also, Ramon is my Pest Exterminator. He is very friendly, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. He certainly goes out of his way, and if you want an extra area done, you can ask him and he will do it. I’ve haven’t had any roaches in a long time. They freaked me out the American roach specially the ones that fly. Thank you, Ramon.

We were with this company about 3 years (we started with another company that was bought by them?) although customer service was very friendly, I wasn’t seeing good results. I would always call and tell them I was seeing so many roaches and it was always the same excuse, oh it just rained so you will see them more. I was at my wits end, I was ready to move!! I finally decided to switch companies and they fixed the problem in two months!! I can’t believe I waited 3 years to do it. I don’t see any more roaches anymore and I didn’t think that was possible. So mad I wasted 3 years with this company.

I really appreciate having a single rep like Ramon that is so great at what he does! He is consistent, kind, and a great communicator!
