We had State Termite and Past Control come out and spray when we purchased a new home. We were extremely happy with their service. A year and a half later we had them come out again. A few weeks after they sprayed we were still seeing more bugs than we thought we should be. They came back out again at no cost to us. They were extremely thorough, and we're very impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. We will definitely continue to use their service, and highly recommend them to others.

We’ve been using their service for 13 years. Alvin inspected and advised to tent the home prior to moving in so we took his suggestion. Since then they have been servicing my house quarterly. My technician Kurt has been servicing since day one I could not praise him enough for his work ethic and his punctuality!!! I have never seen him rushing his job and his work is always thorough! He is such an asset for the company! It is hard to find an employee like him!!! Especially these days all businesses go thru ‘turn over’ and no one sticks around… Receptionists are always courteous over the phone. Alvin came out when we saw signs of dry rot on a few areas because of the nature of our old home. He gave us his expertise and ever since spot treatments are performed as needed. I believe it’s about time to tent my house again. I was advised that the company hires another subcontracter termite company to do the job. I am a bit nervous about it but hoping to have the same quality service since I have a brand new roof installed recently!

State Termite has been our main pest control specialist for many years. From inspecting our new home to our current pest control treatments they do it all. The crew is professional and did everything with great care. You can see the passion in their work! As always with every situation it can be different and at times difficult; I can rest easier knowing that I no longer have to worry about those pests getting into my house!

When we purchased our home we hired state termite and pest control for our termite inspection. Alvin and his son inspected our home for termites and reported there were none. The day I took possession of the home I found termite damage easily and visibly plain as day. We would not have purchased the home if Alvin found the termite damage or if we did we would have asked for a credit from the sellers. Upon selling the home we had to disclose the termites which presumably lowered our selling price not to mention the cost to replace the wood at our expense. I gave Alvin the chance to make it right but he did not.

Fast response to a call to their office (yes, even during the pandemic), they arrived when they said they would, wore masks for the evaluation, and honestly gave us an assessment on whether we needed to tent. So knowledgeable and experienced. Many other companies try to sell you on things you don't need, don't know what they're talking about, or overprice their services. State Pest doesn't do that. Terrific, ethical, professional folks there. Referred to them by folks who are beyond reproach and whom we trust, and they've lived up to every expectation.
