I can't say enough good things about Step Aside Pest Management! From start to finish, they were an absolute game changer for my home. I was dealing with a relentless ant invasion that seemed to take over my kitchen and bathrooms overnight. I called their office, and the Jerry was incredibly friendly and responsive. He scheduled a same-day appointment, which was a lifesaver since those ants were driving me nuts. Jerry who not only is the owner, but my technician as well, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving my problem. He took the time to explain their integrated pest management approach, which I loved because it's eco-friendly and safe for my pets (and kids if you have them) After just one treatment, the ants were eviscerated! Jerry even gave me tips on preventing future issues and checked in a week later to make sure everything was still pest-free. The service was thorough, and you can tell they take pride in their work. At first Professionals , fumigated on time. Friendly. Good price too. After fumigation is another story. I came home when they said it was safe and in my bathroom there goes this big bug just running across the floor. Now I'm concerned if the termites are still alive. Called them n told them to recheck for termites n they said they would be here in 2-3 days. It's been three weeks and still no one has come to check.

I am so impressed with the service of Step Aside. They are so kind and courteous at every appointment. If we have an issue pop up they are so quick to respond. I would highly recommend them!!
