This is the easiest review I will ever write. I found myself in a situation where I had to deal with a friend who died in her house and wasn’t found for a week. She was a hoarder, and the situation was overwhelming. I live in a different town. Online I found this company, Steri-Clean, and was told they had a franchise in the Hollywood Florida area. From the first phone call I made, I was certain this company could get the job done. Sarah and Brian were incredibly compassionate, patient, and answered my endless questions. They scheduled the job and I met them. They explained the process and cost, and were incredibly easy to work with. It took two days for the hazmat remediation and two days to clean up all the clutter. I was blessed to find this company, as I couldn’t have handled the situation without them. But beyond the fact that they are damn good at what they do, they care about people, from the well being of the client to the workers who assisted them on this daunting job. I highly recommend you contact Sarah and Brian, should you have any clutter, hazmat or sterilization needs. I was so fortunate to hire these pros. I will be forever grateful to these fine folks. The humanity they bring to these difficult jobs is apparent, and appreciated. They made a difficult situation far more easy for me.

I hired Steri Clean of South Florida to do a massive clean up job of our family home when a very severe hoarding situation was discovered. I entrusted Steri-Clean to help me prepare my mothers condo for sale. Brian and Sarah were extremely professional but also very personable which made a stressful situation run smooth.
