My property has been using Stop Bugging me for the past 2 years. In that time we have had several tech's onsite. Stetson has been wonderful! He is quick to offer a solution to common issues and explanations when needed. My staff looks forward to seeing him each month and my residents trust the job is done right.

My Company has been using Stop Bugging Me Pest Control for some time now and we cannot say enough great things about Stetson! Stetson's customer service is always great, he is very thorough and so polite! Scheduling is easy, and they always send a reminder before each visit. Highly recommend Stetson to anyone!

Update: We went with Insight Pest Control, and while the price was more ($600 per room with Stop Bugging Me, and $800 per room with Insight), it was cheaper in the long run. Stop Bugging Me charges $600 for two appointments, but Insight will continue visiting within 6 months of the original visit at no additional cost. When Insight came out only a couple of days after Stop Bugging Me was here, they found live insects within the treated area. It took a total of four visits (although nothing was found at the third visit) for us to consider the problem controlled. Our insect problem was a nightmare for us. I hope that no one shares the experience that we did. Original Review: Technicians are hit or miss. First visit was fast. Our technician left premise within 3 minutes (smart lock timestamped this, but that history is long gone) and was driving away within 10 minutes (driveway camera shows this) after arrival. He didn't offer any information or leave anything behind. I'd give this experience lower if the second technician didn't knock it out of the park. After the first technician's visit, we saw an increase in the amount of bugs we were finding. The second technician ASKED FOR and used that information treating where we reported issues, and moved things around in the home during treatment. He spent a good 30 minutes on-site before leaving. Second technician deserves a five star review. I called to schedule a follow-up the day after our second appointment. I don't feel that the first tech treated appropriately for a first visit, and our problems only got worse because of that. I was told I have to wait 2 weeks to reschedule, and of course there's additional cost. My first call was made a week and a half before I could even be scheduledand and having to wait 3-4 weeks inbetween treatments after that first one makes me feel salty and disappointed. He knocked on the door about a minute later. Screenshot at 11:09 on 10/2 is the truck pulling away. An 800 sqft unit shouldn't be treated in less than 10 minutes, especially for a first appointment with no information about where we were experiencing issues. I get that he was probably in a hurry or behind, but if the company scheduled that way, they've earned my low rating. This treatment didn't cost me any less, and probably set me back further on resolution. I'd be significantly less frustrated if they'd just let me schedule another treatment now rather than waiting two weeks to schedule again, but they're not even willing to make that concession.
