If I could rate STOP lower I would. My landlord hired them to inspect the apartments after tenants suspected bed bugs. The inspector that came checked my bed and my couch and reported that he did not find anything. Although there were clear signs of bed bugs, especially in units that were more severely infested than mine. I trusted their opinion that the issue was not bed bugs and over a month later the issue had gotten worse to where I have been covered in bites for months, and can visibly see her bugs. Even people that have come into my home are experiencing bites now. My landlord eventually hired another company who immediately identified the problem. STOP does not do a thorough investigation when searching for pests.

Very courteous and thorough group of people. Contracted through my apartment complex and boy what a blessing. I was never home when they stopped by but I always received notes of progress. Thank you for being there to protect my home in one of the scariest times of my life. Thank you for getting rid of those bugs they are dead and gone. I would highly recommend them. I can't express how helpful this place was for me when I was dealing with bed bugs last spring. I live in a Detroit apartment complex who contracted this service to exterminate the bed bugs in my apartment, and I am so grateful that they not only dealt with the problem swiftly and stopped them from spreading to other units, they also were so incredibly kind during the entire process. When you're dealing with a traumatic event like that, it means so much that the people who are helping you with the problem are friendly, calm, and most importantly, educational. I called this place multiple times asking questions about the next steps to take, and they always provided really helpful information over the phone. I'm moving out soon so I just wanted to thank the inspector who comes to Lafayette Towers in case I don't see him again—he was so helpful and kind when treating my apartment, which really put my mind at ease during a stressful time. I will definitely keep recommending you to anyone else in the area who is unlucky enough to have a bed bugs incident of their own. Thank you again, a million times!
