Bill G saved us! We had a huge yellow jacket hive. He was able to remove it quickly and arrived on time. 10/10 - would not recommend getting yellow jackets but if you do- call suburban to save the day!

Beyond frustrated with our service. We realized quickly that we had a yellowjack problem when they started coming into our office in serious numbers. This happened over night, my office was invaded . There were hundreds. We called on a Sunday and suburban was very responsive. Before our service guy could get to work , he needed payment. It was $400 to get started then he roped us into a monthly plan before we even got to see the quality of his work. Our first service guy could not find the nest or where the yellowjacks were coming in from. We wanted him to look in the attic and my husband was told “we aren’t supposed to do attics.” He sprayed the vents and where the floor meets the wall. This only helped temporarily, in 4 days , they returned. Then they had another young man come out. Unfortunately, this worker reeked of drugs. He was extremely unprofessional and unprepared. We tried explaining the problem and was , asking him to look on the roof because that’s where we saw the yellowjack flying the night before. He told us “no ladders, no roof.” He sprayed my closet and got chemicals all over our stuff. In the middle of him spraying I noticed chemicals getting everywhere. I asked if we should move our stuff out of the closet. He told me no, we should be “all money” once this stuff sets in. My husband and I both had work laptops, printer paper, and other technology in that closet. (Pictures attached). These items are now ruined with chemicals. The chemicals were dragged throughout my house making a huge mess. He then told us the chemicals were toxic to dogs. After his service call, my husband and I spent 2 hours sweeping, mopping and trying to clean off the chemicals from all the stuff in the closet and the floors of our home. At this point a little confused ?! What exactly do these guys do? All they really do is spray ??? They have yet to find the yellowjack nest , all they are doing is temporarily fixing the problem with chemicals. They won’t go on a ladder or roof to find the nest. I paid $400 for this? They were also supposed to come for their monthly service call which we have yet to receive. Do yourself a favor and stay way. Find a real exterminator that’s going to find the problem and actually deal with it. Not take your money and run circles around you, while leaving your home a mess for you to clean.

They responded quickly to our wasp problem and did a great job in taking care of the issue. I felt the price was a bit steep but it was inline with the going rates. Would recommend Suburban in the future.

I have been using Suburban for sometime now and am going into a new home and had them do a home inspection which went great and the initial treatment was the very next day. Jeffrey was the technician that arrived and he was absolutely amazing. He was professional , friendly, knew what he was doing and wasn’t afraid to crawl in those horrible spaces in the basement that nobody else wants to go into and he did an excellent job!! I look forward to having him as my regular technician to take care of all the pesty pest needs !
